Co-Founders Mark Neace and Scot Duke met on the golf course many years before becoming business partners, which is a perfect example of the results from playing “Business Golf”.

Mark and Scot bring 30 plus years of media production and business operations excellence to client relationships, combined with their mutual expertise in video marketing.

Many people ask us about the SyncLab Media logo. Our logo and brand, as with most companies, has changed with the company’s growth and the evolution of services.

Well, Here is Ours...

When we first started planning the launch of SyncLab Media, it was very important for us to design a graphic icon that embodies our company philosophy.

The graphic in the center of the logo is an interpretation of the focus rings inside a camera lens and represents how our process is centered on the power of focused video content.

The colors Red, Green, and Blue, the video term, are referred to as RGB, are the basic color elements of a pixel. These three color combined achieve an almost unlimited variety of visual results.

The circular shape and positioning of the equal color segments have meaning as well.

So, you see, our icon embodies the philosophy of SyncLab Media and our approach to digital marketing.

We synchronize our talent and expertise through the process of Strategic Direction, Creative Production and Optimized Support in a cutting-edge video “Lab” to help you achieve video marketing success.

Red stands for Strategic Direction, which is the foundation of sound video marketing.

Green stands for Creative Production, as entertaining and engaging digital content creates opportunity.

I am the Director of Operations for SyncLab Media video centric digital marketing consulting agency.
I also sit on the board of directors of a number of golf related businesses.

I have a vast experience in process management, business operations and understand first-hand how social media really works in the business world today.

I spent over 30 years in the middle of some of the worst messes a fortune 100 corporation can get its operations into and was part of developing the many solutions that got them straightened out.

I bring my 40 year of business and marketing experience to SyncLab Media to help our clients synchronize their business operations with their digital marketing strategy.

Jamie McCarty | Senior Producer

Originally from Atlanta, GA, I found I had an interest in the wildly growing entertainment industry going on around me. My charming and vibrant personality landed me over 20 walk-on parts next to the biggest names in Hollywood.

I’m always eager to grow and learn, and over the past four years I have focused my talents on producing film, TV reality shows,and commercials. I bring my passion for creative arts to SyncLab Media in an effort to take our clients on the wonderful journey video marketing.

Jeff Savage | Talent Director

With many years of experience working in the Motion Picture and Music industries in Hollywood, I am also a professional voice talent and on-camera actor who brings that experience to the SyncLab Media Team. I’m originally from Los Angeles but have called Dallas home for the past 10 years.

Additionally, I live a lifestyle with a foundation in Health and Fitness, and have run over 50 full marathons and OCR events all around the world. When I’m not in the recording booth or managing talent, you will most likely find me at the rock climbing gym, running the trails around town, or lifting weights.

These are qualities I incorporate into all aspects of my life, and I look forward to serving your Talent needs now and in the future.

Elise Baughman | On-Camera Coach

I am thrilled to be partnering with SyncLab Media as an On-Camera coach, where I specialize in empowering entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and social media influencers to shine on camera.

My journey began with a degree in accounting, followed by an MBA focused on marketing, paving the way for a successful career in corporate America before I transitioned to the vibrant entertainment industry.

In addition to my role as an On-Camera coach, I wear many hats as a screen and voice actress, TV host, speaker, and voice-over coach, allowing me to offer a comprehensive understanding of the media landscape to my clients.
